Mood:
Breakfast: McDonald's cheeseburger and apple dippers (apples and caramel..I didn't finish the caramel)
Lunch: Tokyo wako..had teriyaki chicken, vegetables and miso soup. I didn't eat the rice. I ate all the vegies which was amazing for me. I keep thinking I'm hungry but I think it's because I didn't eat the rice. My brain is telling me I'm hungry but I don't think I am.
Snack: 3 pieces of cheese and 6 whole wheat ritz crackers
Dinner: shake
snack: fudge pop
workout: strength training. 45 mins. focused mainly on back with some abs and arm work too
